Credit Note
The booking amount will be credited to your Gadabout Profile, which can be accessed by logging in to the website using your registered phone number and OTP. Credit Notes issued have no expiry date and can be fully utilized for any future trip with Gadabout.
GST:
Any GST charged on any transaction is non-refundable.
Pending Refund:
Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment used at the time of booking within 5–7 working days.
Partial Refund:
In cases where a partial refund is applicable, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the booking amount and applicable cancellation charges, based on the time of cancellation.
Remaining Amount:
The remaining refundable amount will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass (Emergency) Policy:
All standard cancellation policies will be superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or other extraordinary circumstances affecting the tour region.
