Credit Note:
The booking amount will be credited to your Gadabout Profile, which can be accessed by logging in to the website using your registered phone number and OTP. Credit Notes issued have no expiry date and can be fully utilized for any future trip with Gadabout.
GST: Any GST charged on any transaction is non-refundable. Pending Refund: Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment used at the time of booking within 5–7 working days.
Partial Refund:
In cases where a partial refund is applicable, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the booking amount and applicable cancellation charges, based on the time of cancellation.
Remaining Amount:
The remaining refundable amount will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
Bypass (Emergency) Policy:
All standard cancellation policies will be superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or other extraordinary circumstances affecting the tour region.

The Nepal tour package includes fixed airport pick-up and drop from Gorakhpur Airport with the assistance of a local representative, comfortable accommodation for 5 nights as per the itinerary, and daily breakfast and dinner starting from Day 1 dinner onwards. The package also covers sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary, including a Jungle Safari at Chitwan National Park and local Tuk-Tuk rides. All transfers and sightseeing throughout the journey are provided by a Tempo Traveler from Gorakhpur to Gorakhpur. In addition, the tour includes on-ground support with 24/7 assistance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
